1) 1773 – Boston Tea Party
- Americans were fedup and frustrated with the unfair taxes and laws that were forced down
- Americans started a protest againsted the taxes.
- select few of crazy americans dressed up as native americans, and borded a british boat filled with tea.
- Americans decided to toss the tea overboard
- Americans threw over at least 1 million dollars of todays money in tea in the boston harbor.
- British king was furious with Americans, knowing the tea was wasted.
2) Boston Massacre
- Many crazy people from boston reblelled agaisntes the british soldiers.
- 5 people are shot
- British soldiers who kill the americans are found not guilty.
- Many Americans were upset about this.
